• Verify Docs: Check the portal to see if all the eligible eSign docs have been signed prior to closing

• Upload and Overnight Docs: Once all ink-signed docs are complete, scan and upload them to Doc Magic's portal. This allows our funders to access them immediately, dramatically speeds up the funding process. Overnight physical copies to Canopy Mortgage per usual.
