"This review is being written on behalf of Ms . Amanda Ravello. You know what they always say when you are taking a test. They say “ the first answer that pops into your head and is in the answer choices, is always the correct answer.. I said that to say that when I first started looking for a home, Amanda was my first choice. I ended up leaving her and decided I wanted a new build. The Lord did not agree with that because I ended up going back to my first choice. Amanda , her team and my realtors did an amazing job for me. They were professional and courteous at the same time. They worked tirelessly on my behalf. Ms. Amanda told me that she was going to get it done for me and she did. Ms Amanda was able to find me a down payment assistance program which helped me out tremendously. I really don’t know what I would have done without her team. My closing cost amount was something I thought was a prank because it was sooo low.. Capital mortgage was outstanding.. I could not have asked for a better lender..
